Step 1
Kapalbhati kriya
On an empty stomach, sit comfortably in a cross legged position.
Slowly inhale and exhale air while holding your stomach in with your mouth closed.
Keep repeating till you feel comfortable doing it.
Do around 3 rounds

Step2
Setu Bandhasana
Lie down flat on your back.
Fold your knees and hold to your ankles. If unable to, simply keep your hands on the ground.
Inhale and slowly exhale air.
Try lifting your body up from the waist up in such a way that your chin rests on your chest.
Hold on to this position as much as you can. Make sure not to move your shoulders.
Repeat 4-8 times.
Return to the usual position.
Stretch out your legs and relax.

Step 3
Turn around and lie down flat on your stomach.
Keep both the feet under the shoulders, while joining your feet.
Slowly lift your body from the waist up.
Turn neck right and left in a way that you can see your feet.
Repeat and stretch your legs out and relax.

Step 4
Jalandhara Bandha
Sit in a cross legged position.
Press your chin to your chest so that it you can feel the pressure to your thyroid gland.
Repeat a few times.

Step 5
Ujjayi pranayama
Sit in a cross legged position
Deep inhale air through the nose while tightening your thyroid gland. This should make a clashing sound.
Exhale out air from your left nostril. Close the other one with the finger.
Repeat at least 15—20 times.

Step 6
Singh Garjana
Sit on your toes while your knees are resting on the ground.
Spread out your knees while resting your hands on your thighs.
Rest your chin on your chest.
Bring focus of your eyes to the middle of your forehead and stretch out your tongue out as much as you can.
Make a “roaring” sound like that of a tiger.
Repeat this for 2-3 times and gently massage your neck while taking your saliva in.
