Man Faces Protests and Death Threats After Criticizing Women's Yoga Pants



About 300 women took to the streets of a Rhode Island town to affirm their right to don yoga pants after they came under scrutiny by a man who took apparent offense to the fitness garb. The war on yoga pants began Wednesday when Alan Sorrentino, 63, of Barrington, wrote a letter to local newspaper The Barrington Times, complaining about women of a certain age wearing the figure-hugging workout gear. Jamie Burke was so outraged, she organized a protest that marched right to Sorrentino's door.
